Enter www.papara.com website. Click on the button located at the top right corner. Enter respective information on the next page. Verify your e-mail address and mobile phone number. Select a password and give a name to your wallet. That is all! There is no need to visit a bank branch or wait for the courier service!
A) CASH DEPOSIT FROM PAPARA AFFILIATE CORNERS
Click the respective button from your personal internet branch. Select "upload deposit from affiliate corners" and proceed with the most relevant process. Enter the amount you wish to deposit. Papara will automatically create a reference code for you. Use this reference code while visiting the affilate corner and make the payment. Your funds will be uploaded immediately.
B) CASH DEPOSIT VIA WIRE TRANSFER
Click the respective button from your personal internet branch. Select "upload deposit via wire transfer". Select the bank you wish to send money using EFT/Wire Transfer and enter the amount you wish to upload. Once you proceed, the system will request a mandatory "reference code", which you need to enter inside the details box of EFT/Wire Transfer. Once you send the respective amount using this reference code, your funds will be transferred to your Papara account within minutes. However, please note that funds transferred without the respective reference code will be returned to the sender.
C) CASH DEPOSIT THROUGH ATM
Click the respective button from your personal internet branch. Select deposit funds through ATM. Once you select this option, a list of banks that allows depositing funds via ATM will appear. Once you move your cursor on a bank logo, you should click on "view account details" button. Send account information to my mobile phone or send account number to my e-mail option should relieve you of extra work.
You should not lose the ATM receipt after you deposit funds. If the ATM is unable to provide a receipt, you should take a snapshot of the ATM receipt from the display screen.
In order for us to proceed your deposit from the ATM to your Papara account, you should separately inform us of this transaction. You should select
' submit payment '
under the title of the bank you used to deposit funds to your Papara account, located under "Cash Deposit Through ATM" option from your personal internet branch. Next window should display the receipt number of the receipt you received from the ATM, in addition to the net amount you sent us. Your funds will be transferred to your Papara account within minutes.
WITHDRAW CASH USING WIRE TRANSFER
Click the respective button from your personal internet branch. Select "withdraw cash via wire transfer", there must be a bank account added to your profile in order to proceed with this method. Once you proceed, the system will request the IBAN number of the bank account you wish to withdraw funds to. Click "add bank account" button and then Papara will perform necessary actions to verify that this bank account belongs to you. Once your bank account is verified, using the same steps you should select the respective bank account and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Your funds will be transferred to your bank account within minutes.
Visit the web store you wish to make a purchase, select the product and add it to your cart. You should select "Papara" from the payment methods. Then, the system will redirect you to Papara secure window. Here, you should enter your user information and verify the transaction using the mobile code sent to your phone. Then, you should select the medium for payment (my wallets or my credit cards) and confirm the transaction. Then, the web store will automatically redirect you to confirm that your payment has been successfully processed.

from your personal Papara internet branch. Then you should select the utility service provider of the respective bill. Then you should fill in the requested information and click "enquire". If the information you provided is correct, information pertaining to the utility bill you wish to pay are displayed at the bottom right corner of the screen. Once you approve the payment, your invoice will be paid.

Select the wallet you wish to maket he payment from. Then, enter your personal information (Username, ID etc.) you defined in the gaming platform. Enter the amount you wish to upload. Click confirm and your payment will be processed.
You should select the respective option from the top menu on your personal Papara internet branch. Then click "add credit card" button. Enter the credit card number of your personal credit card. Normal account is the lowest rank Papara account. You can make transactions amounting to 750 TL per month without providing your ID information. Unfortunately normal account holders cannot withdraw funds.
You can make use of all Papara service sif you are an approved account holder. Approved account holders can send money, request funds or withdraw funds from ATMs, affiliate corners and upload funds using mobile payment services.
Approved account fund deposit limits: Your monthly deposit limit via wire transfer is 50000 TL. You can upload as much as 2000 TL per month from ATMs, affiliated corners and mobile payment services.
Approved account withdrawal limites: Your monthly withdrawal limit via wire transfer is 50000 TL. You can withdraw 2000 TL using other methods.
It is very simple. You don’t need to visit an affiliated corner or sign a document. You should first login to your Papara account. You should see the respective option on the menu located at the left side. You should then fill in requested information (Please fill in your ID Serial Number including the initial letter before the numbers). Then click "Approve my account" button. Your approval procedure has been submitted successfully. Your account will be reviewed and approved as soon as possible.
You do not have time constraints for fund transfers usingPapara. You can transfer the funds from your Papara account to another Papara account anytime you wish. In addition, using Papara system, you can transfer your funds from one bank account to another bank account at a much faster and cheaper rate when compared to EFT.
For instance; you wish to transfer your funds from bank account A to bank account B and EFT transaction hours are over (outside business hours). All you need to do is to deposit the amount in bank account A to your Papara account. Papara has accounts in nearly all banks and for that reason, your transactions will be performed as wire transfers (within the same bank) but not EFTs. Then, the person you send money using your Papara account can withdraw funds using the same method.
Only thing our users who accept payment as a corporate member should do to withdraw cash from their Papara accounts is to request cash withdrawals to their bank account. Funds will be transferred from their Papara accounts to their bank accounts on preset dates/periods.
When you accept payment using Papara, we do not charge monthly fees, transaction fees, security fees or installment fees. We only charge a percentage based fee, based on the contract negotiated between you and us.
By activating the "replace mobile phone number" option in the login screen, you can proceed with all your transactions. You should first select the preset security question and give the answer. In the next page, you should enter the mobile phone number you wish to replace and you should enter the new mobile phone number in the box below. Finally, you should click on "change mobile phone number" button to complete the procedure.
You should first go to settings from Papara personal internet branch. Then you should go to e-mail settings. You should first enter the existing e-mail address (e-mail address you wish to change), then you should enter the new e-mail address (twice including re-type) to the boxes below. Finally you should click on "change e-mail address" button to complete the procedure.
You should click on settings, located at the top of your window. Then, you should click on "password settings". Yo should type the existing password (password you wish to change), then you should enter the new password (twice including re-type) to the boxes below. You should then verify the mobile confirmation code sent to your mobile phone. Your password has now been successfully changed. In case your account is temporarily blocked for a reason that is not beknown to you or in case you are unable to login to your account, you should contact Papara support line at 0850 340 0 350.
