ACCOUNT SHARING NOTICE

The Services offered by Papara are only available to those, who have opened an account with Papara. Users cannot share the passwords given to them for the use of their Papara accounts to third parties and cannot make their accounts available to third parties.

In cases where the user acts on behalf of or for the account of another person, the provisions of Article 15 of the Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime shall apply. In compliance with Article 15 of the Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, the identity information of the legal or real person whose account is transacted, shall be notified to Papara immediately and in writing.

Those who rent their Papara accounts to other persons or allow their accounts to be used by third parties, or who act on behalf of someone else but do not notify Papara of this, may be punished with imprisonment from six months to one year or a judicial fine of up to five thousand days, as they will have violated Article 15 of Law No. 5549.

Papara may check whether Users' accounts are being used by other persons and may temporarily or permanently freeze, suspend or close accounts in case of suspicious circumstances.
