How can I load balance onto my Istanbulkart?
ou can load balance onto your Istanbulkart by following these steps:

Go to the Payments > Istanbulkart menu and enter either the 16-digit card number located on the front of your Istanbulkart or the 14-digit serial number starting with 04 and ending with 80 located on the back.

Alternatively, you can tap on Scan QR Code in the app and use the QR code on the back of your Istanbulkart to enter your card number and load balance.

If you have an NFC-enabled Android or iOS device, simply tap your Istanbulkart against your phone for it to automatically recognize the card number.
Before proceeding with the loading process, you can view your Istanbulkart's current balance and load the amount you need, which will be deducted from your Turkish Lira account balance.
