You can call +90 216 524 33 22 in case you need emergency asistance abroad; by submitting your name, surname, policy number, address, phone number and the problem you are experiencing, you can request guidance to benefit from health services free of charge at that moment. 
In addition, you can call the Papara User Support Centre to recover the expenses caused by inconveniences you experience abroad from the insurance after your trip and find out which documents you need to provide in addition to the documents below depending on the scope of assurance. You can get the most accurate information from the call centre as the documents vary according to the assurance. 

• Photocopy of passport entry-exit stamps processed in Turkey. 
• Copy of identtiy card. 
• Doctor's examination report (If possible, it should be in English and include the International Disease Classification 10th Revision/IDC-10 diagnosis code) 
• Photocopies of invoices (ıf your application is approved, we will also request the original invoices) 
• The completed and signed version of the Health Explicit Consent Declaration Form
