Travel Insurance can be cancelled from the Papara application before the travel start date and from the Papara User Support Centre within the period specified for the travel. Users who cancel before the travel start date will receive a full return, and users who cancel within the dates set for the travel will receive a partial return. You can cancel Travel Insurance by following the steps below. 

• Click on the My Insurance option. 
• Click on the name of the insured under the heading Travel Insurance.
• Click on the Cancel Policy button on the Policy Detail screen.
• See the return amount and confirm the cancellation.
