Ahmed F. Karslı embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with a strong start, founding his first company at the age of 17 and successfully selling it by the age of 19. He is a seasoned business leader who has spearheaded successful ventures across various industries, including telecommunications, retail, and fintech.

In 2015, Karslı founded Papara Elektronik Para A.Ş. (Papara) and served as the company's CEO from 2020 to 2022. In line with Papara’s growth trajectory and vision, he led the establishment of PPR Holding in 2021 to strategically manage investments and acquisitions under a single entity.

While continuing his role as Chairman of the Board, Karslı assumed the position of CEO at Papara as of February 2025.

A law graduate, Ahmed F. Karslı is also a practicing attorney and serves on the boards of multiple companies across different industries.
