I placed a payment order to top up my card. How can I complete the process?
After you instruct Istanbulkart to load, it appears as Pending Transaction on the Istanbulkart page of the transaction. To complete the loading instruction you have given for your Istanbulkart:
- Click the Pending Transaction button.
- By clicking the Complete Pending Transaction button on the page that opens, you can complete the process with the NFC feature of your phone without having to go to any download point.
- If your phone does not have NFC support, you can complete your loading by having your Istanbulkart scanned by the automatic filling device or the instruction loading points at the smart stops.
