Sending money is always free of charge. A Papara user never pays a fee for sending money.

Users who receive money will only pay a transaction fee in the case of over average/commercial use.

When your Papara account receives a total of 5,000 TL (or its foreign currency equivalent) from 5 different users in a month, the following incoming money transactions will be subject to a 3,40% (excluding BITT) transaction fee.

Regardless of the amount, if your account receives money from 10 different users in a month, starting with the 11th user who sends you money, the following incoming money transactions will be subject to a 3,40% (excluding BITT) transaction fee.

You will be notified by email, mobile notification and SMS when you reach your free transactions limit.

You can only be charged for the transactions that occur after being notified.
