To send a Papara Gift Card to your employees, business partners, or customers, go to Gift Card > Send Gift Card on the Papara merchant portal. Select the brand for which the gift card will be valid, download the sample .csv file on the screen, and edit the file according to the on-screen instructions. Upload the file you have created. 

Once the delivery summary screen is confirmed, the Gift Card reaches the recipients. If the person you are sending to is not a Papara user, if you wish, you can send them an invite by SMS.

When the user creates an individual Papara account, the Gift Card is displayed in the Papara Card menu and can be used in the online channels of the selected brand for one year.
