Frequently Asked Questions

The daily limit for transferring money from a Papara account to other bank accounts is 250.000 TL.

While FAST transactions allow money to be transferred 24/7 regardless of the institution, EFT transactions are completed within the business hours of the recipient institution. The upper limit for FAST transactions is 100.000 TL. Transfers above this amount are processed as EFT if they are between different institutions.

EFT, which stands for Electronic Funds Transfer, refers to the transfer of money between different banks or financial institutions. Wire transfer, on the other hand, refers to the transfer of money between different accounts within the same bank or financial institution.

Money transferred via wire transfer reaches the recipient account on the same day and within a short time. The completion of an EFT transaction, however, is only possible during the bank's EFT hours, which are within business hours. EFT transactions made outside business hours are completed at the start of the next business day, and the money is credited to the recipient account.

The difference between EFT and wire transfer lies in the time frame in which the transaction is completed. Since wire transfer is conducted within the same institution, money can be transferred 24/7. EFT, however, is dependent on the business hours of the recipient bank.
