Once your refund is completed by the merchant, we will deduct previously earned Cashback from your account.
If it's a partial refund, then we will only deduct the amount of Cashback for that portion of your purchase.
Let's say you earned 5% on a CarrefourSA
purchase. You bought a 200 TL item and a 300 TL item together using your Papara
Card. In that case, your reward is 25 TL on a 500 TL purchase. Then, you
decided to return the first item. Once you receive your 200 TL refund into your
account, your partial reward, 10 TL in this case, will be deducted from your
account.
