If you reached Papara with a written request and your request is rejected, you fail to receive a response after 20 days, or you find the resolution inadequate; in the 60 days following our response, you have the right to apply to TÖDEB’s Customer Complaints Arbitration Panel, according to The Association of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions of Turkey (“TÖDEB”)’s Regulation on Operation Principles and Procedures of Customer Complaints Arbitration Panel.

You can turn on Discreet Mode from the shortcuts by swiping right from the Home Page Accounts pane, and you can turn it off in the same way whenever you want.

We store your personal data using secure data centres, that are protected by firewalls and have restricted access in compliance with applicable regulations.
All data passed between Papara and third parties are SSL-encrypted.
We never call or email you to ask for your name, email address, phone number or password. We never ask that you type or dial a number on your phone, or ask for your SMS code that's used for logging in.
Ignore anyone who claims to be calling from Papara, our official support number is 0850 340 0 340, and never share your personal information with these people.
