The Request Money feature is now on Papara!
Create a request with "Request Money" without wasting time on messages.
Once the recipient approves your request, the money is in your account. Check incoming requests from others—edit the amount and timing or respond instantly.
Receive money easily with Request Money
Pick a contact from your list, enter a Papara number, or generate a link to request money from your Papara friends.
Is your friend using a different bank? Enter their IBAN, phone number linked to Easy Address, or scan their QR code to send your request.
Once they approve, the money is in your account!
Invite to Papara by requesting money
If the person you’re requesting money from isn’t on Papara, send your request via their phone number and invite them to join.
When your friend signs up with your invite, verifies their account, and makes their first purchase, you both earn 50 TL. Invite four friends and earn up to 200 TL in total!
View your requests and respond to incoming ones
View the status of your sent and received requests along with their amounts on the "Pending Transactions" screen.
Check your requests, approve them, or decline if something’s wrong.
Manage your payment requests with ease
You can make changes to payment requests with a set amount and date
You can pay less than the requested amount or make the payment earlier. For commercial payment requests, you can defer the payment and settle the deferred amount on the new due date.
Frequently Asked Questions
To request money from users of different banks via IBAN or phone number, follow these steps:
- Go to Money Transfer > Request Money and navigate to the Request from Others screen
- Enter their IBAN or phone number linked to Easy Address
- Enter the amount
- Choose the payment type and validity period
- Optionally, add a note and proceed
- Review the details and confirm the request
You can also request money by scanning a QR code generated in the bank's app:
- On the Request from Others screen, select TR QR Code
- When the scanning screen opens, scan the QR code generated in the bank’s app or select the QR code from your gallery
- After scanning, review the details of the person you’re requesting money from
- Choose the payment type and validity period
- Optionally, add a note and proceed
- Review the details and confirm the request
Once the recipient approves, the money is instantly transferred to your account.
Request Money is a feature that allows Papara users to quickly, easily, and securely request money from both Papara users and users of other banks.
You can use the Request Money feature for free, 24/7, to send requests to both Papara users and users of other banks.
When requesting money from non-Papara users, the default validity period is 7 days. During the process, you can change it to 14 days, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months, or select a specific date via Select Date.
If the recipient doesn’t respond within the selected period, the request is automatically canceled. You can check the status and details of your requests under Money Transfer > Pending Transactions.
You can send a request by following Money Transfer > Request Money steps in Papara.
On the Request from a Papara User screen:
- Enter the phone number or Papara number
- Enter the amount
- Add a note and confirm the request
You can also request money from Papara users via Link:
- Go to the Via Link step
- Tap Share Link and send it through any channel you want
When you share the automatically generated link, the sender determines the amount. If you want to set the amount yourself, tap Create Link with Amount, enter the desired amount, and share the new link.
Even if the person you’re requesting money from isn’t a Papara user, you can send the request via their phone number and invite them to join Papara. Your request will be sent via SMS, and once they sign up, they can respond to your request.
