Papara Cashback offers are our way of rewarding your contribution to the Papara community when you use a Papara Card.

You can get instant Cashback into your account when you purchase from many brands and categories. You can earn monthly Cashback at fixed rates without worrying about minimum spending limits or prerequisites.

You can accumulate your Cashbacks and redeem them at the end of the month to purchase precious metals. Alternatively, you can instantly transfer the Cashbacks you earned to your savings account or donate them to a charity.

Once your refund is completed by the merchant, we will deduct previously earned Cashback from your account.

If it's a partial refund, then we will only deduct the amount of Cashback for that portion of your purchase.

Let's say you earned 5% on a CarrefourSA purchase. You bought a 200 TL item and a 300 TL item together using your Papara Card. In that case, your reward is 25 TL on a 500 TL purchase. Then, you decided to return the first item. Once you receive your 200 TL refund into your account, your partial reward, 10 TL in this case, will be deducted from your account.

Yes. You can redeem your total rewards at end of the month.

• Go to My Account > Settings > Cashback Settings
• Select Set Collective Cashback

• Visit Papara mobile app
• Go to Cashback > Cashback Settings > Set Collective Cashback

Your monthly Cashback will be redeemed on the last day of the month at 23:59.

When you turn off Set Collective Cashback feature, the Cashback amount that will be transferred to your Papara account at the end of the month is transferred to your account immediately.

Yes. Visit Papara app or papara.com to see your total Cashback rewards earned this month as well as your total earnings until today.
