Please be aware that since all Papara Cards are connected to your Papara account, if you close your account, all your Papara Cards will be canceled, and you will not be able to log into the application.

You can close your account by following the steps My Account > Settings > Close Account through the Papara app or the Papara website.

Additionally, you can call our user support center from the mobile phone registered to your Papara account to request the closure of your account.

If there is a balance in your account, you must first withdraw all your balance, or spend it, or transfer it to another account.
