You can verify your account by following the steps below.

Log into your Papara account.
Tap Verify My Account.
Select the Identity Type you want to use when you verify your account.

During the account verification process, we check the similarities between the person in the Liveness Verification and the photo on the identity card. (You will need to scan the front and back of your identity card.) Before starting the process, please make sure you have sufficient light and good internet speed.

According to the identity type, the account verification steps are as follows:

New ID Card:

With NFC supported device:

Scan the front and back of your identity card with your phone’s camera. Please make sure that your ID card is right-side up. We will check the information written on your identity card.
Hold the chip of your ID card to the back camera of your NFC supported smartphone
We fill all fields by reading the chip on the card in the Identity Information step.
Choose the most appropriate occupation in the Occupation step.
When the frame is green in the Liveness Verification step:

o Look at the camera and wait for it to count down from 3.

o Turn your head left and right when it counts down from 5.

After completing the liveness verification, you can switch to your contracted account.

With NFC unsupported devices:

Scan the front and back of your identity card with your phone’s camera by showing your ID card. We will check the information written on your identity card.
We fill all fields by reading your card in the Identity Information step. Check the information in the fields and edit your card information if required.
Choose the most appropriate occupation in the Occupation step.
In the Hologram Verification step, the phone’s flash is activated when you tap the Start button. Take a video by moving your ID up and down to show the hologram on the left of your identity card. Please make sure you show your photo and Turkish identity card number.
When the frame is green in the Liveness Verification step:

o Look at the camera and wait for it to count down from 3.

o Turn your head left and right when it counts down from 5.

After completing Liveness Verification, you can switch to verified account.

Old ID Card:

Scan the front of your identity with your phone’s camera. Please make sure that your ID card is right-side up. We will check the information written on your identity card.
We fill all fields by scanning your Old ID Card in the Identity Information step. Check the information in the fields and edit your card information if required.
Choose the most appropriate occupation in the Occupation step.
When the frame is green in the Liveness Verification step:

o Look at the camera and wait for it to count down from 3.

o Turn your head left and right when it counts down from 5.

After completing Liveness Verification, you can switch to verified account.

Foreign ID Card (Turkey Residence Permit ID card):

Scan the front and back of your identity card with your phone’s camera making sure that the card is right-side up. We will scan the information on the front and back of your identity card.
We fill all fields by reading your card in the Identity Information step. Check the information in the fields and edit your card information if required.
Choose the most appropriate occupation in the Occupation step.
When the frame is green in the Liveness Verification step:

o Look at the camera and wait for it to count down from 3.
o Turn your head left and right when it counts down from 5.

After completing Liveness Verification, you can switch to your verified account.

Remember, you can try to verify your account up to 3 times a day. Do not worry. You can try the next day again.
