When do you return the money?

If Papara's deposit rules are not followed, the money will be refunded to your account. Situations in which the money will be refunded include:

  • Not writing your Papara number in the description section when depositing via wire transfer.
  • Incorrectly writing your Papara number in the description section when depositing via wire transfer.
  • The Papara account owner and the bank account owner being different when depositing via wire transfer.
  • The sender not being a Papara user.
  • Making cardless deposits at ATMs with an unverified account.
  • Exceeding the transaction limit.

Reminder! Unlike depositing money via wire transfer, when depositing money using your assigned Papara IBAN, you do not need to write your Papara number in the description field. Additionally, you can receive money from someone else's bank account using your Papara IBAN. Depositing money using your Papara IBAN makes the process faster and easier.
