Please remember that you can always lock & unlock your card without cancelling it. Once you cancel your card, it will be deactivated permanently.

If you need to lock your card temporarily,

• Visit papara.com or Papara app
• Go to Papara Card> Choose your card> Lock/Unlock

If you need to cancel your card,

• Visit papara.com or Papara app
• Go to Papara Card> Choose your card> Cancel my card
