  • Transactions made by third parties without your authorization
  • Transactions conducted without your knowledge using your lost or stolen card
  • Issues arising from merchant-related problems (For example, when you do not receive the product/service related to the transactions or receive it incomplete, multiple charges for a single transaction, discrepancies in transaction amounts, the product/service purchased differs from the characteristics specified by the seller, or when a cancellation/refund has occurred but the refund does not reflect on the card)
  • Issues arising from ATM-related problems (For example, insufficient cash withdrawal from an ATM or failure to withdraw at all, insufficient deposit or failure to deposit at other bank ATMs)
