Papara (Black, Gray, Rose, Almond, Teal)  Card will be delivered to your address approximately within 15 working days following your application. You can track the application and delivery status by selecting your card from the Papara Card page. After the card is delivered to the courier, you can use the ‘Where’s My Card?’ button on the same page to track the delivery.

Your Papara (Black, Gray, Rose, Almond, Teal) Card is specially created for you and can only be delivered to you in person. You need to sign a contract when you receive the card.

If you do not receive your card in time, you can write us a ticket by selecting your card from the Papara Card page and using the ‘Contact Us’ button.
