As an electronic money institution, Papara is obligated to keep personal data for ten years for the execution of auditing or regulatory duties and for disciplinary investigation or prosecution by public institutions for the prevention of crime or for a criminal investigation in accordance with the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy.
