I lost my Papara Card. What should I do?
In case your Papara Card is lost or stolen, after logging into your Papara account on the website or application, you can temporarily disable your card by selecting your card from the Papara Card tab and turning off the 'Enabled to Use' button. In this case, no transactions can be made with your card.
If you want to cancel your Papara Card, you can call Papara Customer Service 24/7 at 0850 340 0 340; after logging in to your Papara account via the website or app, you can cancel your card by selecting your card from the Papara Card tab and tapping the 'Cancel Card' option.
