Can I report an unauthorized charge?

If you believe that the card transactions are not yours, you can create a transaction dispute. A chargeback process will be initiated for transactions that you claim were made without your knowledge.

You can easily dispute ATM withdrawal and deposit transactions via the Papara app or papara.com, and you can also track the status of the disputes you have submitted for transactions made with your Papara Card.
