Can I apply to the Customer Complaints Arbitration Panel about an issue I'm having with my account?
If you reached Papara with a written request and your request is rejected, you fail to receive a response after 20 days, or you find the resolution inadequate; in the 60 days following our response, you have the right to apply to TÖDEB’s Customer Complaints Arbitration Panel, according to The Association of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions of Turkey (“TÖDEB”)’s Regulation on Operation Principles and Procedures of Customer Complaints Arbitration Panel.
You can find the application form in the link below or on the todeb.org.tr website. The form can be submitted online on todeb.org.tr after the relevant information has been filled and the required files have been uploaded.
